Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are processed on the following business Monday.

The GC Store is not a manufacturer or supplier.

The GC Store provides wholesale pricing to Retail shops and Bakeries and introduces/offers new products to the US market.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read through our return and refund policy stated below.

RETURNS

From the date of receipt of your original order, You have 14 calendar days to contact the GC Store to process a return and 30 calendar days to return an item. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging and requires the receipt or proof of purchase. Return products cannot be resold. Multi-Packs and Products marked (CASE) or (BULK) are NOT eligible for return. Please contact orders@gcstore.net for additional information for return shipment.

DAMAGE

We are not responsible for damage during transportation. If a package is physically damaged upon arrival please make driver aware and do not accept package. Make sure driver marks it damaged and please contact us at orders@gcstore.net and we will file a claim with the carrier.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS / LOST

If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any rerouting charges or damaged product that results.

If an order was delivered to the wrong address please contact us at orders@gcstore.net within 7 calendar days so a claim can be processed and new order sent out.

REFUNDS

Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, we will notify you of the status of your refund and issue a refund back to your original method of payment. You should expect to see the credit within 5-7 business days from the date the refund is issued, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
